If you've recently placed an order and realized you forgot to apply a discount code, don’t worry! You can still request that the discount be applied retroactively. After you've made your purchase, contact our customer service with details such as your order number and the discount code you intended to use. We’re able to adjust your order total to reflect the discount, and we'll send you a separate confirmation for the refund.

Note that this only applies to discount codes that were active at the time your order was placed.
